Cancellation policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee or 10% of your order, whichever is greater, to cover administration fees for processing and restocking.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order. 

Memberships cannot be cancelled.
