Refund policy

I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return on flower bulbs, corms, and tubers only, this does not apply to fresh flowers.

To be eligible for a return, you must request via email at orders@sarahscutflowers.com. If your return is accepted, you need to pay for your own expedited (tracked) shipping to ship your items back; instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once items are received back, you will receive a refund on the items returned less a $5 restocking fee.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, as mentioned above, such as all fresh flower bouquets and arrangements and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
